Privacy

When you sign up for news about Rosas de escarcha y soledad, your email, selected categories, consent version and signup date are stored. If you write to the author, your message, its category and date are also stored to handle your request.

How your data is used

The data controller is the author, Raúl Víllora Valencia. Your email is used for news about a possible future edition or poetry readings only with your consent and within the categories you select. Signing up is not a purchase or reservation. Contact messages are used only to handle your question or request; they do not subscribe you to updates.

Storage

Data is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database with European Union jurisdiction. Only the author can view readers and messages through a dashboard protected by Cloudflare Access. Cloudflare hosts the website and Turnstile checks the forms for automated submissions; these services may process technical data needed for their operation and security. The website does not include advertising analytics tools.

Welcome email

The website does not yet send automatic welcome emails. Before they are enabled, this page will be updated with the chosen provider and how it processes data.

Reader reviews

You do not need an account or email address to submit a review. We store the name or pen name, text, page language at submission, date, publication consent and moderation status.

The author checks every submission: only the name and text of approved reviews appear publicly, in their original language. Leave out private information. This does not subscribe you to updates.

You can request removal through the contact form by identifying the review; the author will review the request before acting. Pending submissions are kept until reviewed, and approved reviews while you maintain consent and they remain relevant to the website.

Private website statistics

The author uses aggregate statistics to understand page openings, general referral sources, approximate country, device category, language, links and sections visited, and form outcomes. Active time is approximate: it counts only a visible, focused page with recent activity.

These statistics do not store IP addresses, emails, form text, searches, full referrer URLs or session recordings. No cookies or persistent browser identifiers are used, and metrics are not linked to readers or messages.

A random key for each page opening prevents duplicate updates; it expires after 30 minutes and is removed during hourly maintenance. Daily totals are retained for 90 days and are visible only to the author through the Cloudflare Access-protected dashboard. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. You can disable statistics using the link below; the option is preserved when following website links that retain that setting.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, using the contact form. Select the data-related option and describe your request. The author will review it and verify your identity when necessary before acting. Submitting a request does not delete data automatically. Data will be deleted when you withdraw consent or when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose.
